Allow 3-5 working days for wig maintenance services and 5-7 working days for wig construction, from the moment your wig arrives. You'll see the exact turnaround for your service before you book.
After booking you'll receive simple packaging and postage instructions. You can post your wig with tracked delivery, drop it off at the studio, or choose local collection where available.
No, please don't. Cleansing is part of every service, and washing at home can make tangling worse. Send it exactly as it is and let us take care of the rest.
Our services are designed for human-hair and human-hair-blend wigs. If you're unsure what your wig is made of, message us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll advise before you book.
Express prioritises your wig for a faster turnaround on selected services, for a small surcharge. Express slots are limited each week, so book early if you have a deadline.
Yes. Book a service for each wig and send them together in one parcel. Just label each wig so we know which service belongs to which unit.
Every wig is inspected on arrival. If we find something that needs extra attention, like hidden damage or a worn closure, we'll message you with photos and a price before doing anything. Work only proceeds once you approve.
Return delivery is added at checkout so you can choose the option that suits you: standard delivery (48hrs Royal Mail) is £8, express delivery (recorded and signed for, 24hrs Royal Mail) is £15, and premium personal delivery is priced on request.
Yes. All bookings are secured with a £15 non-refundable deposit, which comes off your final balance. Discounts are available when you book three or more wigs in the same order.
